• Material: Built from our standard 3/16" mild steel (3/8" PRO steel is not available for custom).
• Timeline: Custom design and fabrication takes time. Most orders ship in approximately 2-4 weeks.
• Design: Non-rectangular shapes may require additional communication. Check your email after ordering!

Drain Hole Placement

Standard Flat Tops have drain holes in specific spots, but custom stoves are different. Our design team will determine the safest and most effective drain placement for your specific dimensions.

Note: Drain placement is selected by our engineers for safety and performance criteria and cannot be customized. However, you CAN request "No Drain Holes" if you prefer a solid surface.

Cleaning your Custom Flat Top is just as fast and easy as our standard models.

1. While hot, add water to steam clean.

2. Scrape residue into drain holes.

Finally, wipe dry and apply a thin coat of Flat Top Oil to protect the steel.
