How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and import duties for Canadian orders will be calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
What payment methods do you accept?

Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Steelmade products come with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.
